A Resource for Homeowners Navigating Insurance Claims

Storm damage can be confusing to deal with. As your contractor — not your public adjuster — we document what's actually needed and help you understand the repair side of the process.

Hail Damage Isn't Always Obvious From the Ground

Hail like this can crack shingles, dent flashing, and shorten your roof's lifespan — often without any visible sign from your driveway. That's exactly why a professional inspection matters before storm damage turns into a bigger, more expensive problem.

What We Actually Do

A Contractor's Resource, Not a Public Adjuster

If a storm has damaged your roof, we're happy to help you understand the construction side of what's needed. As a licensed roofing contractor, here's what we provide:

  • A thorough, free inspection with clear photos
  • Review of your insurance scope or estimate against what the repair actually requires
  • Detailed construction estimates, and supplements for legitimate additional items your insurer's scope may have missed
  • Documentation of applicable building codes and manufacturer installation requirements
  • Direct communication with your adjuster about the construction scope
  • Permits and inspections associated with the work

What we don't do: interpret your insurance policy, negotiate your settlement, or represent you as a public adjuster or attorney would. That part is between you and your insurer. Our role is the construction side — the damage, the code, the scope, and the work itself.

Our Process

How We Help

Free Roof Inspection

We climb up and document storm or wind damage, with clear photos.

Scope Review & Documentation

We compare your insurer's scope to what the repair actually requires, and prepare supplements for anything legitimately missing.

On-Site When Your Adjuster Inspects

If you'd like, we're glad to be there when your adjuster inspects the roof, to point out what we found.

Your Claim, Your Call

Filing and deciding how to proceed is between you and your insurer. Once you're ready, we complete the repair or replacement to code — and to last.
